SELECTION PROCEDURE

We co-ordinate with the American School System representatives and work in collaboration with them for the selection of quality international teachers in crucial fields to educate the students. Global Teachers Solutions, LLC offers a variety of options to find the perfect match for the school requirements. By conducting face-to-face interviews by the interview team comprising highly qualified retired educational professionals including College Professors, a group of teachers is short listed for the final selection by the School District Officials. We sponsor International Interview trips at no cost to the school system district representatives. We are aware that effective English Communication is a must for every educator in the USA. Hence we assure that the teachers we train are very communicative in English and carry prior experience in their specialized fields and possess the equivalence of a Bachelor's Degree or higher both on their content area and the field of education. Global Teachers Solutions, LLC cherry-picks the best teachers in Mathematics, Science, Special Education etc. for school systems. We also ensure that each teacher receives the proper certification to teach in the American School Classrooms. Prior to being considered, Gloabl Teachers Solutions, LLC. applicants are required to meet the following minimum criteria:
- He/she should have a professional level of oral and written English proficiency.
- He or she must hold a Master's or Bachelor's University Degree equivalent to the field of their teaching. The Degree must contain a pedagogical component; i.e. courses in pedagogy methods of teaching, psychological development, teaching internship etc.
- He or she should have a driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
- He or she must be in the pink of health.
