Immediately upon arrival in the United States, the first year teachers will be scheduled to attend a mandatory orientation process consisting of all day workshops and meetings. Orientation process may last for two weeks and consist of various subjects discussed including curriculum guideline and general educational policies and procedures, obtaining social security number, guideline for classroom management, how to settle in a new place, guideline for obtaining drivers license, opening bank account, etc. During orientation time each Global Teachers Solutions,LLC. new teachers will get the chance to meet and socialize with our staffs and other new teachers. The fresher will be landing in the USA by mid July for the beginning of the school year in August. During this period the teachers will attend an orientation session consisting of daylong workshops and meetings. This orientation lasts for approximately ten days.
